Malvasia is a grape native to the Mediterranean. This wine is a limited edition, at the moment we have only produced in the 2022 vintage, thus ensuring that the result is excellent.

This orange wine was created using natural fermentation with wild yeast giving the wine a creamy and soft taste. Skin contact for 40 days increases wine flavour. Semillon was harvested on the vineyards aged for 60-70 years on limestone soils.

A beautiful color of old gold that shimmers in the light. The palate is pleasantly soft, with a good balance. A very aromatic wine, with a predominance of fruit trees over floral ones, with a transition to other spices (curries).

Variety Moravia Agria was always the "Cinderella" of La Manchuella. For many years it has been criticized and was not considered suitable for obtaining quality wines.
We believed and trusted in her abilities, and for this reason, we devised this organic, vegan, natural rose (without added sulfites).

Sparkling natural slightly orange brut that reflects the calcareous character of the soil. Light and very fresh with a perfect balance between acidity and fruity notes. Ideal to take with: rice, seafood, blue or more fatty fish, white meat and pasta.

It is a Biodynamic Garage Wine made in Onteniente (Valencian Community). We use alternative production methods, eco-winemaking and we have restored to non-radical biodynamics with a minimum sulfite content (3 times less than allowed by the regulations). This project is about 5 wines that come from different parcelas.
